HVN10 B&B is located in the middle of the vast polders. This former farm underwent a complete transformation and now houses 10 opulent and comfortable rooms.
The warm and friendly welcome you expect from a bed and breakfast is seamlessly combined with the professional design of the guest rooms, making HVN10 an unforgettable experience.
Sustainability and ecology are a priority in this experience. The construction of HVN10 was carried out in line with these values by cooperating with local suppliers, using and reusing materials such as stairs, handrails and balustrades, as well as collecting rainwater for reuse. Obviously, local products are an essential part of this concept.
The rooms are infused with comfort, suitable for one night, a weekend stay or a midweek escape. Even if you stay for a longer period, such as six months, you will feel completely at home.
HVN10 is in an extraordinary location. Easy access via exit no. 12 (Berendrecht) and no. 13 (Stabroek) brings you quickly to the B&B.
On the sunny terrace, a panoramic view extends over the meadows, all the way to the skyline of the port of Antwerp.
For recreational cyclists, the adventure starts right at the hotel at junction 94, and the Kalmthoutse Heide is only 10 minutes away. Both mountain bikers and experienced ‘cobblestone enthusiasts’ can enjoy themselves in the surrounding area of HVN10.
Relax with a good book in the lounge or enjoy a refreshing drink in the garden. You are very welcome to use these areas.
The B&B provides a spacious and free parking facility for all guests.
Superior Room (30 m²)
There are four superior rooms, all equipped with a spacious private bathroom with a toilet, a spacious bath, a walk-in shower, a sink, a hairdryer, soft towels and a bath mat. In addition, we provide shampoo and soap for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette, including diverse kitchen equipment, a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. You will also find here a dining table, a comfortable seating area and a 55-inch TV with built-in Chromecast to enjoy your favourite content. Free WiFi is available, and the rooms are equipped with a comfortable twin or double bed.
Duplex Room (60 m²)
De 4 duplex kamers bevatten elk een eigen ruime badkamer met een royaal ligbad en inloopdouche. This room is also suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Luxury Apartment (110 m²)
Finally, there is a luxury apartment of no less than 110 m2 This room has a big living space, a 64-inch TV, an open kitchen with a combi oven, and a cooking island with a Bora induction plate. A spacious dining room that can also be used as a meeting room. The apartment has a private terrace that can be accessed from the living room. On top of that, the apartment has a separate toilet, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The huge bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a big bath, a sink and a hairdryer.

The Bed & Breakfast, founded by Greg De Schutter, is the realization of his idea to create a space where guests truly feel welcome. Born and raised in Stabroek, Greg brings his passion for artisan baking to HVN10. Every morning, the scent of fresh bread fills the house and creates a homely, comforting vibe.

That experience is elevated by Pierre van den Broek, our seasoned host. With over 30 years in the hotel business, he knows how vital a genuine welcome is.

HVN10 has two meeting rooms that can also be rented externally, so they are not only for residential guests. Whether it concerns a job interview, a team building session, a board meeting, a lecture, etc., we can accommodate from 2 to 50 people.
The meeting rooms will be furnished according to your wishes, they have plenty of daylight and have direct access to the garden so that the participants can relax during breaks. There is a smartboard in the meeting room as well as WiFi.
Of course, company receptions, baby showers and birthday drinks are also possible. Please ask about our packages

“Bezoek ‘t Stad”
Of course, a trip to Antwerp is also possible. By public transport, a bus takes you directly to the city centre. If you prefer to drive by car, you can park at a P&R (15-minute drive), and you can take a tram from there to the centre.
Maybe you prefer to travel over the river Schelde? In Lillo, you can take the waterbus. You can ride by bike (40 minutes) or drive by car (14 minutes) to Lillo where the waterbus awaits you, enjoy the view and get off in the heart of Antwerp.
